About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support Key Stage 1 pupils through focused boosters and interventions to enhance their learning.

• Work with children with English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them develop essential language skills.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support, ensuring all children feel valued and encouraged.

• Assist the teaching team in implementing tailored strategies for students with special educational needs (SEN).
