Job Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East who are looking to hire an adult-care lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a gap in their growing team,

The role would require advocacy in person on an irregular basis, but aside from this it would be a fully remote position and has a strong likelihood of being extended.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years PQE

- Have previous experience with S21As and S16s

- Have prior experience undertaking own non-contested hearings

- Be able to handle court of protection matters autonomously

- Have two employment references available upon request.
