Roles & Responsibilities:

️ Pump Maintenance & Repairs: Take charge of pump maintenance and repairs, traveling to various locations, including offshore and 3rd party facilities, to oversee complex repairs.

Leadership: Report directly to the company's delegate and manage the contractor's team, ensuring all work is performed safely and meets company standards.

Resource Management: Ensure the availability of personnel, equipment, and consumables for seamless service execution.

Technical Oversight: Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards, and practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with the company's Mechanical Supervisor to plan and execute maintenance and repair activities.

Progress Monitoring: Keep track of work areas and progress, reporting regularly on work scopes and execution.

✅ Quality Assurance: Conduct QA/QC and HSE compliance audits on site procedures and HSE plans.

️ Safety Compliance: Adhere to the company's HSSE standards and objectives, and comply with industrial safety and environmental safety policies.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis investigations using methodologies like 5Why and fishbone diagrams.

Optimization: Review and optimize maintenance strategies, providing solutions for potential failures during pump operations.

Technical Reporting: Collaborate to provide technical reports and procedures for maintenance, repair, and overhauling of pumps.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Mechanical Engineering Degree.

️ Experience: 15 years as a maintenance mechanical engineer specializing in centrifugal pumps, with in-depth knowledge of pumps, mechanical seals, bearings, and instrumentation.

‍ Leadership Skills: Proven experience in supervising maintenance activities.

Quality Management: Experience in QA/QC management.

Industry Standards: Knowledge of main standards in oil and gas, particularly API 610.
