Hiring Now: Auto Mechanic Fitter – Tower Crane Specialist | Birmingham Area 🔧

📍 Location: Birmingham (Kenilworth to Lichfield area)

💰 Hourly Rate: £30-£35 per hour (DOE)

🏠 Lodge Allowance: £50.65 per shift

⏳ Overtime: 1.33x after 10 hours (weekdays), 1.5x on weekends

📅 Start Date: Beginning of February

Are you an experienced Auto Mechanic Fitter with a background in tower crane operations? We're looking for a skilled professional to take on a dynamic role, overseeing and managing activities across three tower crane sites, including:

✔ Installation and erection of tower cranes

✔ Overseeing maintenance and managing breakdowns

✔ Supervising suppliers on-site for plant & equipment work

✔ Camera installation and rectification

This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in tower crane works and erections, who can confidently oversee operations and ensure smooth workflow on site.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong technical background in tower crane maintenance and operations

- Proven ability to manage and coordinate suppliers on-site

- Experience with plant & equipment installations

- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle breakdowns efficiently
