We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a fixed term contract for an Engineering client in Leeds.
Immediate starts available (Subject to the interview process)
This is a fixed term contract until December based on a salary of £34,700 per annum.
This does have to potential to go permanent (not guaranteed).
This will be working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday.
Duties will include but are not limited to: -
Calculating and processing accurate weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payments to employees by electronic transfer, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
Making manual payroll adjustments, as and when necessary.
Setting up new employees on time management/payroll systems and processing leavers.
Ensuring payroll information systems are set up and updated to reflect current employee base.
Generating relevant payroll paperwork, i.e. payslips P45s and P60s.
Dealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries for basic time management/payroll related issues, with a view to resolving any queries quickly and effectively.
Providing admin support for the processing of the Work-Place Pension Scheme, as well as the Company pension scheme
Experience in Mitrefinch and One Advanced would be advantageous.In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.
