Assistant Site Manager

My Client, a leading National Housebuilder, are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to take on a 4 month contract in Littlehampton.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Taking plots from 1st fix to CML
Subcontractor management
Reporting into the Site Manager daily
Liasing with NHBC

The ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager for a National Housebuilder
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, materials and processes, with a focus on quality and detail
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and deliver high quality work within deadlines
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
