Financial Services - Chatham

13 per hour (Temporary Contract)

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Our client based in Chatham is seeking a motivated individual to join their team on a temporary basis.

Ideally, the successful applicant for this position role will have previous experience in a financial services or support role.

Duties will include, but are not limited to -

• Handling customer queries and providing financial support.
• Assessing individual circumstances to offer appropriate solutions.
• Liaising with customers via telephone and email to discuss account management.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
