Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: West Drayton, London
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: 85 - 110 per day

As an LSA, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the development of students with diverse learning needs. Your role will be vital in ensuring every child feels valued, included, and able to achieve their full potential. • Provide one-on-one or small group support for students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist in tracking student progress, identifying strengths, and highlighting areas for growth.
• Support teachers in lesson delivery, including adapting materials to meet individual student needs.
• Help manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Prepare and organize resources, ensuring readiness for lessons and activities.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' progress and wellbeing.
• Promote inclusion and prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all students, following school policies.

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students, staff, and families.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting learners with diverse needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of students and the school environment.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Availability to work in West Drayton and a commitment to making a difference.
