Job Title: Electrical Improver
Location: Wakefield
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: 17 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking an Electrical Improver to work for a leading facilities management company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake fault finding on infrastructure including low voltage power and distribution systems, lighting systems including Emergency lighting. UPS, IPS supplies and standby generators.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and commission and test in accordance with published procedures.
• Complete all report sheets and test certificates as necessary and mark up any drawing alterations.
• Complete all Task/Risk Assessment sheets relating to work.
• Carry out emergency repairs as required (which may require overtime).

Skills and Experience Required:

• Recognised Electrical/Engineering Apprenticeship - HNC, ONC, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience.
• Electrical experience in commercial environments
• BS7671(18th Edition).
