What You Will Do:

• Manage and coordinate the diary of the Propulsion Engineering Director, aligning with the latest priorities and business transformations.
• Organise meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and handling logistics for a busy Engineering Director.
• Support document approval processes and act as a point of contact for general queries and key projects within the department.
• Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to organise travel and accommodation, as well as manage expenses for the Propulsion Director.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure notes are circulated promptly.
• Perform occasional site visits across the UK, which may include delivery and collection tasks.

What You Will Bring:

• Demonstrable experience in providing high-level administrative support, with a focus on customer service and empathy.
• A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating needs and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills, with a solution-focused mindset and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and excellent communication skills.
• A valid driver s licence.
