About the Role: EYFS Teacher:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young learners aged 3-5, providing them with the skills and confidence to excel. Key Responsibilities: Early Years Teacher:• Deliver a broad and engaging EYFS curriculum aligned with the Early Years Framework.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining comprehensive records and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
• Actively participate in school events, CPD sessions, and collaborative planning meetings.
Application Requirements:
Early Years Teacher:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching within the EYFS phase.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and caring approach to teaching.
