Contract length: 6 month initial contract - Potential to be extended or made permanent
Shift Pattern: (39 hours per week - Hybrid Tuesday and Thursday office based - Mon, Wed, Friday Remote - please note for the first few weeks until fully trained this role will be Monday - Friday onsite)
Pay Rate: £12.60
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Job Scheduling Administrators on behalf of a global company in the Tech/ Intelligent Infrastructure industry. This role is from Monday - Friday on a Hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office on a Tuesday and Thursday. This is a 6 month contract that has the potential to be on a 6 month rolling contract.
The successful Job scheduling Administrator will join the growing Smart Infrastructure team based in Nottingham. The Job scheduling Administrators will offer excellent Customer Service and Admin support to the wider team.
The I&C (Instrumentation & Controls) Contact Coordinator role is primarily focused on making outbound calls to secure metering appointments for our I&C customers for the following job types: Metering upgrades, Dumb Meter to AMR
Upgrades, 2G to 4G upgrades, key customer rollout projects and Fault maintenance jobs. Job bookings will be made directly over the phone via outbound and inbound calls, as well as via e-mail communications.
In addition, you will also make calls relating to appointment amendments (e.g. Reschedules, Cancellations), as well as supporting our field workforce in answering, obtaining and logging environmental, health and safety information from them directly.
Responsibilities include full end to end ownership of the job booking journey by understanding and adhering to each customers requirements and access needs such as arranging permits and Risk Assessment Method
Statements (RAMs), specialist vehicle hires, out of hours appointments and various other exception requirements to ensure the field can achieve the highest possible completion of work. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, target driven, well organised and focused to meet contractual KPIs and SLAs and be flexible to work collaboratively with other operational teams.
Responsibilities:

Booking business to business metering appointments with a variety of our customers across our I&C portfolio and campaigns via outbound calls.

Answer inbound calls & arrange e-mail appointments.
*
Ownership of arranging site access requirements for example permits, RAMs, specialist vehicle hires and other ADHOC requirements.

Closely manage & adequately resolve queries via the Siemens Query Portal.
*
Handle and log environmental, health and safety incident calls from field operatives.
*
Resolve internal and external stakeholder escalations and queries within the specified timescales and SLAs both via written and verbal communication.
*
Work collaboratively as part of a team to build and maintain relationships within the wider Operational Services team.

Adhere to SLAs / KPIs set by your team leader i.e. booking targets.

Conduct high quality and accurate data entry.
*
Organise and prioritise your own workload.
*
Be flexible to support other Job Booking administrative activities when required.
