What you’ll do day to day
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Identify and engage potential talent through direct sourcing strategies
* Provide flexible and proactive support to the Talent Acquisition Team with various administration tasks
* Manage the recruitment email inboxes and phone lines, delivering prompt and professional communication
* Advertising vacancies using our HR system, job boards and social media platforms
* Utilising our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
* Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Proven experience within a similar role, either in-house or within an agency
* Experience with direct candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders effectively
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
* Proactive and able to take initiative to address tasks and solve problems independently
* Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
