Our client, one of the world's leading financial institutions, is on the lookout for a talented Auditor to join their dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment dedicated to making financial lives better through every connection.
Position: Auditor
Location: London - fully office based
Daily Rate: £850 via Umbrella Company
Contract Duration: to December 2025 initially
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; occasional out-of-hours work may be required

Your Role:
As an Auditor in the Global Markets space, you will leverage your expertise in auditing to execute high-quality audit work. Your responsibilities will include:
* Executing multiple areas of test work during audit activities.
* Utilising your analytical skills and technical expertise for assigned audit testing.
* Independently conducting audit test work on assigned audits promptly and effectively.
* Performing process walkthroughs to evaluate control designs and their operational effectiveness.
* Identifying control deficiencies, engaging with management, and initiating control recommendations.
* Demonstrating strong project management skills.
Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Educational Background: A degree and post-graduate qualification.
* Experience: Proven experience in Global Markets, particularly in areas like FX and Equity, alongside an internal audit background.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
* Excellent communication and written skills for thorough documentation of testing.
* Familiarity with trading desk operations, supervision, and risk management.
