Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Freelance Quantity Surveyor required to provide 2 - 3 days per week on a high end multi-million-pound redevelopment commercial project on the outskirts off Slough.
Quantity surveyor will be responsible
Estimating projects so we can achieve budget costs and decide if we wish to send to vendors
Quantity surveyor will Formulate tenders for projects
Quantity surveyor will Review contracts
Quantity surveyor will Monthly valuations on projects
Quantity surveyor will General reviews of site spend and reports on possible savings
Quantity surveyor will Costs of refurb on acquisitions being reviewedPaid weekly Limited company
