About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Officer to join our team in Wigan. This role involves working in supported housing, providing essential services to our residents. As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing projects and supporting our residents' needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported housing projects.
• Coordinate and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housing projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and initiatives.

• Previous experience in a similar role within supported housing or social services.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
