Site Managers needed in the Midlands (OUTSIDE IR35)

Job Description: Site ManagerLocation: Midlands - Tipton Office
Day rate: up to £325 (outside IR35)

Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects from their main office in Tipton.
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise multiple sites in Severn Trent
  • Ensure on-site activities meet timelines, quality, and safety standards
  • Manage project documentation and compliance
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct inspections and prepare reports for senior management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil or construction projects, preferably in the water or utilities
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Black Card preferred
  • Strong understanding of site management, safety standards, and construction practices
Benefits:
  • Travel expenses at 45p per mile
  • Up to £325 per day outside IR35
  • Accommodation provided for extended travel
