GIS Data Entry Processor

Data Entry GIS role in Taunton temporarily for 3 months +

Your new company
We are working with a hydrography organisation who create maritime charts and product navigation products and services.
You will be working as part of a team of 10 professionals who manage the Source Data Receipt (SDR) element of the business. You will be working in a busy, high pressure office and will be working on data entry from and to a GIS system.
You will be onsite for a full two weeks for initial training, then an onsite requirement for one day per week.
You must have excellent attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic to ensure data is entered correctly.Pay is £13.68 per hour. Monday - Friday standard office hours.
Role is for 3 months but could be extended.

Your new role

Registering, scanning, & recording in the workflow log all Source Data into CRM Systems

Ensuring all Source Data is formatted suitably for upload into CRM.

Processing correspondence, from start to finish in their CRM.

Accurately linking all related incoming source data to the correct documents in their CRM system.

Ordering and recording Foreign Government Charts, monitoring the charts and publication announcement database.

What you'll need to succeed
Must be technical minded and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Experience of various CRM systems
GIS or Geography interest
Excellent attenton to detail
Ability to work within high pressure role
