Call Handler -Nightshift
Location: Coatbridge
Shift Pattern:19:00-07:00, 4 days on/4 days off
Main Responsibilities:
Responding to Enquiries : Handle publicenquiries via telephone courteously and efficiently, providing relevantinformation or forms, or referring to the appropriate staff member or agency.
Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to allAnti-Social Behaviour policies and procedures within the organisation.
Customer Assistance : Address customerenquiries, providing information and assistance as needed using relevantmanagement reporting and logging systems.
Information Recording : Record information andmaintain filing systems for all enquiries received and processed.
Report Production : Produce typed reports andcorrespondence using Windows-based software packages.
Data Management : Input and extract data usingcomputer packages such as Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
Confidentiality : Maintain and protectconfidentiality by ensuring all files (manual and computerised), records, andcorrespondence are handled in a confidential manner.
Training Participation : Participate in trainingcourses as required.
Health and Safety Compliance : Comply withorganisation's Health and Safety at Work procedures and relevant legislation,ensuring safe systems of work are used at all times.
Customer Care : Maintain high standards ofcustomer care in line with company values, uphold the Equality and DiversityPolicy, and Health and Safety standards, and participate in training activitiesas required.
Qualifications andSkills:
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)
Strongorganisational skills and attention to detail
Abilityto handle sensitive information confidentially
Experiencein a customer service or call handling role is preferred
