Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator - Business Transformation Project (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Leigh, Lancashire
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed-Term until August 2025
We are supporting a leading provider of some of the UK's biggest food brands as they undergo a significant business transformation. This exciting project, known as Project HALO, involves the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and is set to go live in July 2025. A critical element of this transformation is ensuring that employees are well-prepared and confident in adopting the new systems, processes, and ways of working.
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term contract based in Leigh, Lancashire, ending in August 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of training delivery for around 600 employees across multiple locations in the UK, Poland, North America, and Asia. Your work will be key to ensuring the success of the training programme, enabling employees to build the skills and confidence to navigate the new systems and processes.
Role Overview:
As a Training Coordinator within the Project HALO Change Workstream, you will oversee all aspects of training logistics to ensure smooth delivery throughout the training period. Reporting to the Change Workstream Lead, you will assist in developing the training delivery schedule, managing logistics, and maintaining clear communication with trainers and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the development of the training delivery schedule, managing logistics before and during the training period.
Oversee training administration tasks, including room bookings, room setups, and IT equipment for classroom-based training.
Maintain the training delegate list, create and track training invitations, and act as the first point of contact for end users with any queries about the training programme.
Resolve any conflicts or gaps in the training schedule related to logistics, trainers, or attendees.
Track and record training attendance and non-attendance.
Identify and plan for additional training needs during or after the training period.
Provide administrative support to trainers, ensuring they have everything needed to deliver effective training.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
