Unlimited term-time holidayResponsibilities as a Special Needs Teacher:
Implement personalised learning plans and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of individual students.
Apply behaviour management strategies to support students' development.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Track and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to support student development.Requirements as a Special Needs Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility and creativity in adapting to the diverse needs of students.
