Mobile Caretaker Opportunity - Sutton, Greater London

Location: Rookley Close, Sutton, Greater London, SM2 6TT, United Kingdom
Pay: 16.58 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Join our Coulsdon team as a Mobile Caretaker!
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Mobile Caretaker to carry out cleaning and caretaking duties across our sites in Sutton. If you have a passion for ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained environments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweeping and mopping external areas.
• Removing dust, cobwebs, and cleaning main entrance doors.
• Sweeping kerbs, hard surfaces, removing weeds, and litter picking around external areas.
• Moving bulk items to designated collection points (manual handling required).
• Ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and upkeep across sites.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in cleaning and manual handling is required.
• A full UK driving licence (mandatory - will be verified during the interview).
• Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is a plus.
• Experience in customer care is beneficial as you may interact with site tenants or visitors.
• Manual handling training is beneficial, but will be provided if necessary.
