Surveyor

Contract: 3 months+
Location:Riverside House,Main Street,S601AE
Hours: Full time - 37 hours
Pay: £350.00 per day umbrella

We are seeking a Surveyor to join our team, primarily focusing on valuation work. This role offers a variety of responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact

Key Responsibilities:

Valuations for Right to Buy housing purposes
Potential involvement in asset valuations for financial purposes
Transitioning into a generic estates surveyor workload once backlog valuations are comple

What we are looking for:

Local government experience (preferred, but not essential)
Ability to commit to office/site attendance at least 3 days per week
No requirement for Registered Valuer status, as a Registered Valuer will sign off the work
