Looking for-

Strong Power BI
Looks at the complex data interrtates it.
Developing reports themselves
Housing experience is preferred
Some one who can play with real mix of data - open and exploritary
Trying to find correlation between data sets.
Perform technical analysis related to our homes and measure the impact and outcomes to deliver operational efficiencies and improvement to maximise the resident experience
