Product Order Guide Analyst

11-month contract

Hybrid working - Dunton, Essex (3 days pw onsite)

20.83ph - 25.27ph (Inside IR35), 37.5 hours pw

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

About the company

Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client - a British multinational automobile manufacturer. They are looking for a Product Order Guide Analyst to join their team, on a contract basis, being based in Essex.

Job Description

As Product Order Guide Analyst, your main responsibilities are:

• Review Product Description Letters (PDL's)
• Update Order Guides and Pre-Configured Vehicles (PCV's), to reflect the latest product changes
• Liaise with Export Programming and Pricing teams
• Ensure accuracy of information and conduct regular audits
• Action cascade requests, to support Fleet deals and cross regional ordering

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Knowledge of automotive industry and systems
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Degree or equivalent
