We are currently seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant for Non-Verbal Pupil to join our secondary schools in Bishop's Stortford, starting immediately. In this role, you will provide essential support to a non-verbal pupil, helping them to engage with their learning and develop their skills in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the non-verbal pupil to support their educational and emotional needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans tailored to the pupil's specific requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages the pupil to participate in classroom activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the pupil's needs are met effectively.
• Monitor and record the pupil's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.

Who We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate for the Learning Support Assistant for Non-Verbal Pupil position will have a strong understanding of special educational needs, particularly in supporting non-verbal communication.
