EYFS HLTA - Worksop

Are you an experienced and passionate HLTA looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a small, friendly infant school in Worksop as an EYFS HLTA on a full-time basis.

Position Details:

Role: EYFS Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Worksop

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term

Start Date: 24th February 2025

End Date: July 2025

Working Hours: Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:

Supporting classroom teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Leading the class independently every Friday.

Collaborating with a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) to deliver high-quality education.

Ensuring compliance with EYFS staff-to-child ratios.Requirements:

Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent) to meet ratio requirements.

Experience working in EYFS settings and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Confidence and ability to lead a class effectively.What We Offer:
