Year 2 Teacher

This full-time, long-term role is perfect for a passionate educator ready to inspire a class of 30 eager learners, some of whom have SEN. About the Role:

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will lead a lively and enthusiastic class, delivering dynamic lessons and supporting pupils to achieve their potential. While there isn’t a TA in the classroom, you’ll have access to excellent support from the SENCO and leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

• Support and include pupils with SEN to ensure everyone thrives

.• Foster a love for learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback

• Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1

.• A passion for creative teaching and inspiring young learners

.• Strong classroom management skills and a patient, nurturing attitude.

• Experience with SEN pupils is a plus.
