Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Social Housing)

Location: Merton & Bromley | Contract: 3+ Months | Competitive Daily Rate

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the management of two large social housing sites in Merton and Bromley. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to make a meaningful impact on the delivery of high-quality external works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across two large social housing sites.

Supervise and coordinate external works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.

Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in external works, including cladding, roofing, landscaping, or similar.

Strong understanding of social housing projects and their unique requirements.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously.

A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
