Teaching Assistant (KS2)

About the Role:

We are seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Barnet. This part-time role focuses on delivering boosters, interventions, and supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, helping pupils achieve their academic and personal goals.

Application Requirements:

• Prior experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant or similar role.

• Understanding of boosters, interventions, and SEN support.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Adaptability and proactive approach.

• Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions for Key Stage 2 pupils.

• Provide tailored support for students with SEN.

• Assist with classroom activities and resource preparation.

• Monitor and document student progress.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
