iRecruit4 are currently seeking a Marketing Executive on a 12 month FTC starting in March/April. Main responsibilities of the role include supporting the Marketing Team in creating, activating and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Monday to Friday
09.00am-17.00pm (30 Mins Lunch)
You will be used to working with creative departments/agencies along with demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders to create and implement multi-channel campaigns with clear metrics of success. You will have proven marketing communication experience and be a strong communicator with high verbal, written and presentation skills. You will have knowledge of using a CRM, CMS and social media platforms along with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Support the Head of Marketing & Communications and work with the Marketing Team to deliver content and communications strategies across different areas of the business.
* Create and report on social media content across multiple channels including paid and organic posts.
* Using CRM and our marketing automation platform (E-marketeer) to activate campaigns, in line with the requirements of the strategy and direction of the Marketing Team. This will include reporting on leads and engagement.
* Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
* Work with different external agencies where required (PR, Events and Filming teams)
* Carry out customer research, to include online surveys, phone calls, sales team visits and exhibition attendance as required and work with our internal creatives on creation of marketing materials for our promoted products.
* Ensure CRM is kept up to date and campaigns are logged accurately in CRM platform (SuperOffice) and leads from activities are passed onto Sales Teams in a timely manner.
* Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure projects run smoothly, support other team members and work as part of the team, remaining flexible at all times.
* Be proactive and committed to improving the Marketing department and its processes and efficiencies, ensuring all deadlines and briefs are met.
* Take ownership for assigned projects and tasks, completing them within the designated timeframe.
* Responsible for maintaining a professional and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third party business partners or representatives of the Company
Technical Skills
* Write social media copy and manage result
* Manage, write and distribute content for articles and marketing emails
* Maintain and develop website
* Analyse customer insights (e.g Google, email and social media analytics
* Applies creativity (different solutions, visualisation, execution…) to their work to actively engage the customer
* Able to organise and manage marketing events, including capturing content during the event
