We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Adviser to join our clients team. This role is focused on HR systems, data management, project coordination, and compliance, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Adviser for Systems and Data, you will be the go-to person for all things related to HR systems, data, and compliance. Your main duties will include:
* Maintaining and optimising HR systems to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
* Acting as the first point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting.
* Supporting system upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
* Ensuring HR data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, providing insights to inform decision-making.
* Monitoring and analysing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Supporting HR-led projects, including the rollout of new system modules, processes, and policies.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
* Documenting and tracking progress against project goals and timelines.
* Ensuring HR processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Supporting audits and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate records.
* Contributing to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Criteria
* Experience of working in a HR Team
* Experience of working with HRIS
* Able to analyse, summarise and present data in a user friendly format
* A solid grasp of Excel, specifically data lookup functions
* Knowledge of other analytical tools
