Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies.

Support students with their learning and respond to any questions they may have.

Gain hands-on classroom experience and develop your confidence in managing a class.

✔ A passion for education and supporting young people.

✔ Adaptability and the ability to work in different subject areas.

✔ Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
