TRANSPORT PLANNER

IMMEDIATE START

UP TO £32,000 PER ANNUM

PERMANENT POSITION

DAY SHIFT

NOTTINGHAM

Transport Planner required to join a growing engineering company in Nottingham. The role will involve making sure the delivery of all goods are ran smoothly and efficiently.

The role will involve:

- Raising documentation for exports in both the UK and internationally

- Plan and arrange all collections and deliveries

- Using different softwares and resources when planning all deliveries

- Completing all paperwork for drivers and courier deliveries/collections

- Receiving telephone calls regarding drivers and booking in queries

- Debriefing the drivers including completion of debrief report

- Check and approve invoices

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience within a transport planner role

- Have knowledge of the export processes

- Have excellent customer service skills

- Be IT literate

- Have a good geographical knowledge of the UK

Package offered:

Permanent position

Up to £32,000 per annum DOE

Day shift: 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
