Job Description

Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is seeking skilled Site Engineers to join their team for a 12-month contract, focusing on sewage treatment works. These positions are based across Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for various civil engineering projects including sewage treatment works

Supervising site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Conducting quality checks and inspections of construction work

Collaborating with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals

Managing resources efficiently and effectively to ensure timely project delivery

Producing accurate site documentation and reports

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies

Liaising with stakeholders including clients and contractors

Job Requirements:

Experience in site engineering, specifically within civil engineering projects

Proficiency in setting out techniques and equipment

Valid CSCS Supervisor card, SMSTS, and SHEA Water certifications

Strong leadership and communication skills

Own professional kit required for the role

Knowledge of Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) responsibilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Understanding of water industry standards and practices
