We're seeking a skilled Product Delivery Manager to elevate our smart energy solutions and empower homes and businesses toward a greener future.

If you're passionate about improving customer experiences, crafting product strategies, leveraging technology, and collaborating to solve challenges for Small to Medium Business customers, this is the role for you.

As part of our agile and flat organisational structure, you'll lead a team in tackling complex customer and business challenges. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify key problems, enhance systems, develop and manage roadmaps, and drive continuous innovation across the product lifecycle.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Build strong relationships with SME, Go-to-market, and Chief of Staff teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Define business goals and outcomes that maximize value for the organisation and customers.

Develop a clear product vision and roadmap to enhance customer offerings and service efficiency.

Partner with in-house engineering and SaaS providers to create products customers and users love.

Lead ongoing product discovery, applying a lean, experimental approach to unlock value.

Deeply understand E.ON Next's technology and leverage it creatively to solve customer problems while ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

Possess strong organisational, reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Demonstrate resilience in fast-paced, agile environments, with a solid understanding of technology and trends.

Adapt easily to ambiguity while maintaining a clear focus on delivering results.

Bring a deep understanding of SME customer lifecycles and what defines a great business customer experience.

Excel in communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and senior-level influencing and presentation.

Advocate for new ways of thinking and drive innovation through effective influence.

It would be great if you had:

Degree qualified equivalent, with strong product experience.

Previous experience in delivering complex change in a project, programme or delivery management role.

A working knowledge of Business-to-Business relationships and how these might differ from Residential customers.

Agile experience and execution skills.

Experience of working with SAAS product and technology partners.
