Locum Dispensary Pharmacist (NHS Hospital - Bedfordshire)

Key Details:

Position: Locum Dispensary Pharmacist

Location: NHS Hospital, Bedfordshire

Availability: 3, 4, or 5 days per week

Hourly Rate: £24 - £28 per hour

Contract Type: Ongoing contract

Experience: Previous hospital OPD experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for community pharmacists

Role Overview: As a Dispensary Pharmacist in this hospital, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing advice on the safe use of medicines, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hospital pharmacy experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

GPhC registration

Previous experience in a hospital OPD setting is desirable (training will be provided for those with community pharmacy experience)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Availability to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week
