French Teacher

An outstanding secondary school based in Hounslow are looking for a French teacher to start after February half term or Easter.

School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract at least until July 2025.

This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Salary will match outer London MPS/UPS.

School is located near Piccadilly line tube station and has available parking spaces.

French Teacher :

To excel as a teacher of French

To teach French at KS3 and KS4, with potential for teaching at KS5 in the future (primary subject).

To have the ability to teach another language at KS3 and KS4.

To manage the daily delivery of French language.

To take responsibility for executing the department's action plan(s) and assess their impact as part of the school's yearly development plan.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

A relevant degree

Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Approachable and encouraging
