Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: £85-£95 per day

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children meet their developmental milestones.

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with young children (EYFS experience is an advantage).

A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for helping children thrive and develop in their early years.

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
