Year 3 Teacher (Part-Time)

Location: Mitcham

Salary: £198.80-£257.89 per day

Working Hours: Part-time, 3 days a week

Are you a dedicated and experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for an exceptional Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive team and teach a small, split class of 13 students.

Role Overview:

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEND.

Manage a small class of 13 students, ensuring a nurturing and structured learning environment.

Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the wider school team to provide targeted interventions.

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to support their development.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience is a plus).

A strong understanding of SEND and experience working with students with diverse learning needs.

Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
