Join Our Team as a Global L&D Business Partner!

Location: Wolverhampton (with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and emerging learning needs, ensuring we meet them with tailored initiatives.
• Drive Impact: Design and implement robust evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training solutions globally.
• Reporting: Produce insightful reports for senior management on learning progress and targeted learning hours.
• Content Collaboration: Liaise with training providers to ensure high-impact, relevant content for our teams across the globe.
• Learning Catalogues: Oversee the development of learning catalogues at each site, promoting self-select soft skill opportunities.
• Maximise Systems: Enhance the usage of our Learning Management System (LMS) to its fullest potential.
• Training Delivery: Occasionally deliver engaging training courses.
• Performance Management: Contribute to embedding our new performance management approach via the LMS.
• Innovate Learning: Seek and implement innovative ways to engage our workforce, such as learning weeks.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with our DEI Director to implement impactful DEI learning offerings.
• Manager Development: Develop a global manager development programme to support all levels of management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in designing and delivering learning solutions at all levels
• Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust and influence diverse stakeholders
• Proficient management experience with learning platforms
• A proactive and creative mindset, adaptable to change
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and project management
• A genuine passion for innovative learning, curiosity, and collaboration

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: 30 - 35

Contract Length: 12 months
