Job Title: Production Operative
Pay rate: 14.70 per hour
Location: Devizes
Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: Days / Shift

Due to an increase in workload I am looking to recruit additional operatives for our client Cross Manufacturing, who are world leaders in the manufacture of aerospace seals, aircraft piston rings, and custom seal rings for aircraft engines, steam turbines, vehicle turbochargers, control valves and many other industrial environments.

This role will see you working alongside the team within their Aerospace division, setting and operating of custom machinery and preparation of metal to required specification. You will be expected to have a hands-on approach to the assembly of performance enhancing products required for brush seals; therefore, you must be dexterous and have a keen eye for detail. Due to the nature and set up of their bespoke machinery used you will be required to be stood for long periods of time.

Previous production experience working with small components, metal preparation or wiring will work to your advantage.

You must be able to commit to working a 39-hour week on a day shift initially while training then changing to a double day shift pattern. Shift premium will be added to hourly rate when required.

Working hours required will be : -

• Monday to Thursday 7:30am -16:30pm
• Fridays 7:30am - 12:30pm

Once trained you will move to working a double day shift (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) Monday - Thursday and (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) Fridays

This is an ongoing assignment with an immediate start for the right candidate.
