The Role

Starting after February half term and running until July 2025, this role will see you:

• Working flexibly across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, supporting children in class and small group settings.
• Providing targeted interventions to help pupils achieve their full potential.
• Stepping in to cover colleague absence, ensuring continuity in learning.

• An experienced Teaching Assistant with the adaptability to work across a wide age range.
• A strong understanding of child development and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
