You will need to provide cover for an office manager with the following duties:

Handling visitor passes and providing access to the office.
Managing contractors and booking them in when appropriate.
Attempting to assist with standard facilities requests.
Procuring office and pantry supplies for all teams.
Maintaining a presentable and professional office environment.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous office experience in a front of house or office management role.
A "get stuck in" attitude, happy to help out with additional tasks if needed.
Organisation skills and good diary management.
The ability to fight fires and problem solve
