Rate: £400-£420 per day

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on a prestigious, high-end restoration project in Mayfair? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering top-tier refurbishment and restoration works on a freelance basis.

The Opportunity for a Project Manager:

This high-end project requires a skilled professional to oversee complex restoration works, including:

Internal Basement Works

External Cleaning & Façade Brickwork Restoration

Extensions to the Rear

Decorations Throughout You’ll be managing a workforce of 15-20 people and ensuring the project runs smoothly, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. With the project already underway, we’re looking for someone to hit the ground running with an immediate start, with interviews scheduled for Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Oversee all on-site works, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Manage a workforce of 15-20 people, providing strong leadership and direction.

Oversee Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS.

Manage project programs, ensuring deadlines are achieved.

Order and coordinate materials efficiently to avoid delays. You’ll report to the Contracts Manager, who will visit the site 1-2 times per week, offering support and guidance as needed.

What We’re Looking in a Project Manager:

A proven track record in managing high-end restoration or refurbishment projects.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.

A strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and project programming.

Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
