Contract Outline:

Role: Building Services Field Engineer

Sector: Energy from Waste

Location: Cheshire

Contract Length: 18 months

IR35: Paid via CIS

Rate: 45-50ph

Role Description:

Act as the on-site interface between the site and design teams, for an 8-story admin building adjacent to an EfW site, ensuring problems are dealt with quickly, so the project can progress.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong building services knowledge (e.g. electrics, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Strong understanding of being based on large construction sites.
  • Engineering background with capability of responding to 'Technical Queries' (TQ's).
  • Urgency to move information fast and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great stakeholder communication and a team player.

Qualifications (must hold one or more of the below):

  • CSCS card
  • NPORS
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • NEBOSH
