Teaching Assistant Vacancies- 2 Positions

We have partnered with a vibrant and inclusive primary school, together we are looking to expand their dedicated team of Teaching Assistants. We have two exciting opportunities for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join us and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Position 1: SEND Teaching Assistant

Class: SEND Base (Autism and Speech and Language)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students with Autism and Speech and Language development needs.

Work closely with the SEND team to deliver personalised learning plans.

Assist in the implementation of strategies to support individual learning and development.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Experience working with children with Autism and/or Speech and Language development needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting all students.

Position 2: Teaching Assistant (Year 2/3 Class)

Class: Year 2/3

Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Provide individual and group support to students to enhance their learning experience.

Assist in classroom management and organisation.

Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.

Requirements:

Experience working with primary school children.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
