My client is looking to recruit an efficient Customer Support Administrator to join their team for 9 - 12 months to cover maternity leave (the role could possibly go permanent). Salary £24,000 pro rata (salary will increase after a successful probation period).
The team are responsible for the accurate processing of all sales orders whilst providing exceptional customer service. The team currently deal with over 500 phone calls per week (customers placing orders & enquiries), you will personally be taking approx 100 calls per day.

Role:
* You will be required to take customer orders via the phone.
* Process orders from phone calls and the sales inbox.
* Deal with basic returns.
* Resolve customer queries.
* Monitor the sales inbox.
* Work closely with the warehouse & transport departments.
* Maintain high levels of customer service.
About you
* You must enjoy and have experience of working within a fast paced environment.
* Have commercial customer service experience.
* Be able to multi task.
* Have experience of order entry.
* Be a great team player.
* Have a good telephone manner.
* Be able to remain calm under pressure.
* Be computer literature and have experience of MS Office.
* Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
* Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm (30 mins lunch) Monday to Friday.
