Stock Condition Surveyor -Dartford
TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 18 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in DARTFORD.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Bedsits
STOCK CONDITION ONLY
Properties located in/around DARTFORD
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the ODD door knocking properties
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client
