Job Title: FP&A Performance MI Manager

Duration: 12 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick (twice per week requirement in the office)

Salary: £500 per day via Umbrella

Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A Performance Management Information (MI) Manager to join their dynamic Strategic Finance team. This exciting opportunity will empower you to drive the use of performance management information and transform complex data into engaging visualisations that provide valuable insights. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll play a crucial role in mapping performance management information across the organisation, enhancing understanding and decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

* Build strong stakeholder relationships to gain insights into performance management information.

* Develop dashboards and performance trackers that bring data to life, offering meaningful insights into performance metrics.

* Collaborate with the Financial Modeller to integrate performance management information into rolling forecasts.

* Work with the FP&A team to enhance visual representation of performance insights.

* Create data maps to support upcoming system changes and provide support during month-end processes.

About You:

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about performance management information. You should possess:

* Experience managing large volumes of performance management data and translating it into actionable dashboards.

* Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programmes.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Accountancy Qualification (essential)

* Ability to manage large data sets

* Adaptability to fast-paced environments
